"GEOTHERM.PRO" LLC - components for geothermal heat pumps

Sets of side manifolds 'SHIP'

Designed to be placed on the floor of a brick or concrete geothermal manhole, in a horizontal plane.

Geothermal manifold `SHIP` for wells with plastic compression couplings

A compact, reliable and low-cost solution.

'SHIP' manifold sets are designed to connect 2 to 10 geothermal loops. Up to 5 geothermal loops can be connected on each side of the manifold axis.

The manifold is delivered to the customer with the spigots of the geothermal loops, which are hermetically sealed. The installer himself chooses the direction of the geothermal loops (left or right of the manifold axis), cuts off the selected geothermal spigots with scissors 15 to 20 mm from the edge of the spigots.

Two Ø63 mm spigots are provided for connection to the main pipes going into the furnace room to the geothermal heat pump. Either of these spigots may be used for either supply or return brine. The connection between the Ø63 mm spigots and the main pipes is conveniently made using welding fittings or compression plastic couplings.

Geothermal loops are conveniently connected using plastic or brass compression couplings.

For filling the geothermal loops with brine, the 'SHIP' manifold is fitted with detachable brass unions with 3/4'' female thread. Ball valves and/or air vents can be fitted to the detachable brass unions after the brine filling has been completed.

The 'SHIP' manifolds are made of virgin high quality polyethylene, free of impurities and pigments. Working pressure up to 5 bar (short-term overpressure up to 8 bar possible), operating temperature from minus 15°C to +50°C.
