Product improvements, returns and warranty


The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes designed to improve the product that may result in minor deviations from published drawings or technical descriptions.


The buyer may, without giving any reason, return new products, unused and complete, within 14 days of receipt.

Costs associated with the return of products shall be paid by the Buyer. Delivery charges are determined by the courier/postal service depending on their own rates, actual/volume weight and estimated cost.

If the return is due to an actual difference between the product and the description on the website, such as in the case of "PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS" - the cost of delivery by courier/postal service will be paid by the Seller.

Refund to the Buyer of payment for products - within 7 days after receipt of products by the Seller.


Please check upon receipt for completeness and defects in the product.

The warranty period for geothermal products (probes, manifolds, distributors, etc.) is from 2 to 50 years, and is indicated on the product pages.

If the product fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it with a new one, or refund the cost of the product.

Depending on complexity of repair, Buyer's wishes and possibilities of the Seller - the repair will be done on site, or at Seller's.

For warranty repair make sure that:

     - the item has no significant mechanical or other damage;

     - the goods were used in accordance with the rules of operation and generally accepted standards;

     - you did not repair the goods yourself and did not change its design without the Seller's consent.

Costs of warranty repair, including transportation, will be paid by the Seller.
