Box with manifolds, with condensation protection 'BOX IN'

The 'BOX IN' geothermal box is designed for indoor installation and protects the manifolds and plumbing fittings (valves, gate valves or flow meters) from condensation.

The robust, thick-walled enclosure is made of plastic. Inside the enclosure is rigid polyurethane foam and 9 mm thick rubber thermal insulation. Stainless steel doors and screws. 

Hydraulic connection for the geothermal heat pump is located on the side. Detachable brass unions with 1" external thread for connection of ball valves, strainer or changeover to any pipe are installed.

On the top there are three hydraulic connections with 3/4'' detachable brass unions for filling the geothermal loops with brine (antifreeze), connection of a safety group, air vent, level vessel, pressure gauge, etc.

Polyethylene pipes Ø40 mm for connecting the geothermal loops via electrofusion couplings are installed at the bottom. To protect against condensation - it is convenient to protect the loops in the room with pipe insulation or assembly polyurethane foam and plasterboard. If the latter option is chosen, the plasterboard work is handed over to the plasterboard fitters or finishers/tilers.

The 'BOX IN' geothermal enclosure set includes 2 bottom and 1 top bracket for wall mounting. The brackets allow the manifold cabinet to be moved away from the wall by up to 50 mm and the cabinet to be mounted at an angle to the wall.
