We have been manufacturing 'COMB' manifolds by moulding since 2010, which guarantees no leaks, sturdiness of the product, precise dimensions and directions of connections. They are made of high quality virgin polyethylene, free of impurities and pigments.
The `COMB` manifolds have an enlarged casing diameter for air collection, as well as an air outlet at the highest point.
Working pressure up to 5 bar (short-term overpressure up to 8 bar possible), operating temperature up to 50°C.
Possible condensation water on cold geothermal collectors. If necessary, it is possible to cover the manifold with adhesive sheet rubber.
Universal geothermal manifolds `COMB` are mounted vertically on the wall. The geothermal circuits are connected with 90° elbows, allowing the geothermal circuits to be positioned in any direction from the manifold. Metal clamps, stud bolts and wall plugs are usually used to mount the manifold to the wall.

The 'COMB' manifolds come in 9 versions, for connecting from 2 to 10 geothermal circuits inclusive. The spigots are conveniently connected using compression plastic or brass couplings or electrofusion couplings. Polyethylene pipes for connecting geothermal loops can be made with a diameter of 32 or 40 mm, your choice.
The air outlet spigot is fitted with detachable brass unions with 3/4" female thread. The air vent spigot can be used for filling and pumping of geothermal loops, followed by installation of an air vent.
The standard connection diameters d1 of the heat pump pipes are shown in the table.
