Plastic parts are guaranteed for 10 years. Brass parts are guaranteed for 2 years, which is the usual warranty for couplings, taps, gate valves, flowmeters and other sanitary fittings

The 'BLOCK-4' manifolds set is mounted on the wall and allows:

  • distribute the brine flow of the geothermal heat pump between 4 flows;
  • collect 4 brine flows into one flow and transfer it to the geothermal heat pump;
  • fill the geothermal system with brine;
  • evacuate air from the geothermal system;
  • control and regulation of the pressure in the geothermal system;
  • quickly, compactly and inexpensively assemble and put the geothermal system into operation.

It is possible to connect the heat pump to the manifolds set `BLOCK` from either the left or the right side. To connect the heat pump, two collapsible brass sockets with 1" male thread are mounted on the side of the `BLOCK` set.

To connect the geothermal loops, 3 pairs of Ø32 mm polyethylene pipes are provided at the bottom of the `BLOCK` manifold. Connections to the pipes can be made conveniently with compression polyethylene couplings, or compression brass couplings, or welded couplings. It is possible to protect polyethylene pipes, couplings and valves against condensation separately using pipe insulation, or as a group using sheet insulation.

Three collapsible brass couplings with 3/4" internal thread are mounted on top of the set `BLOCK` for filling the geothermal system with brine, connection of a pressure gauge, air vent or level vessel, emergency pressure relief valve, safety group or similar accessories.

The 'BLOCK' manifolds set is made of rigid polyurethane foam and reliably protects the manifolds against condensation.

There are 2 M8 threads on the bottom of the 'BLOCK' set for wall mounting. Two bolts are supplied for attaching the brackets to the set, and two brackets for mounting it to the wall. The design of the brackets enables the `BLOCK' set to be moved away from the wall by 50 mm if required, and mount the manifold set at an angle to the wall. Dowels for fixing the brackets to the wall are not supplied.

To connect a `BLOCK` manifolds set to a geothermal heat pump, we recommend two hydraulic schemes similar to the connection of a `BOX-IN` manifolds box.
