Plastic parts are guaranteed for 10 years. Brass parts are guaranteed for 2 years, which is the usual warranty for couplings, taps, gate valves, flowmeters and other sanitary fittings
The COMB-4 manifold is designed to connect:
- 4 geothermal loops, or
- 3 geothermal loops + connection of a pump for filling the geothermal system with brine.
The working pressure of the brine in the manifold is up to 5 atmospheres, a short-term pressure increase up to 10 atmospheres is possible.
Brine operating temperatures from minus 15 °C to +50 °C.
A detachable brass unions with internal thread is mounted on the air outlet connection.
We recommend connecting the geothermal loop connections to the manifold with plastic or brass compression couplings, welded polyethylene couplings.
Universal geothermal manifolds `COMB` are mounted vertically on the wall. The geothermal circuits are connected with 90° elbows, allowing the geothermal circuits to be positioned in any direction from the manifold. Metal clamps, stud bolts and wall plugs are usually used to mount the manifold to the wall.
Dimensions of the 'COMB-4' manifold:
- body dimensions: diameter 100 mm, length 447 mm;
- overall dimensions with branch pipes: height 290 mm, length 577, width (depth) 100 mm, centre distance between branch pipes of geothermal loops 107 mm.
