The 'SHIP10-40' manifold set is designed to be installed on the floor of a self-built stone or concrete manhole and to connect the Ø40 mm geothermal loops located on the sides of the manhole.
The set is manufactured from virgin high quality polyethylene, free of impurities and pigments. Brine working pressure up to 5 bar, short-term pressure increase up to 8 bar is permissible. Working temperatures from minus 15°C to +50°C.
Manifold set 'SHIP10-40' is sold with sealed spigots Ø40 mm for connecting up to 10 geothermal loops. The installer chooses the direction of the geothermal loops himself, cuts off 15 ... 20 mm from the edge of the selected spigots with scissors, and obtains workable spigots.
Spigots Ø32 mm are conveniently connected to the geothermal pipes by compression plastic or brass sockets, welding fittings.
For the geothermal heat pump there are Ø63 mm spigots, which are conveniently connected by molded fittings or compression plastic couplings.
For filling, pumping and venting the geothermal loops, the 'SHIP10-40' manifold is fitted with detachable brass unions with 3/4" female thread.
